Pulsey is a HIPAA-compliant all-in-one health monitoring iOS app that combines real-time health tracking, AI-powered doctor chat, and live doctor monitoring of patient responses — giving users proactive healthcare support between clinic visits.
The app is designed for patients who want continuous health visibility and on-demand medical guidance without waiting for an appointment, while giving doctors a live feed of patient health data and AI-assisted response monitoring.
SaaSify Labs delivered UI/UX design and full iOS development for Pulsey — built in Swift with a NestJS/PostgreSQL/AWS backend — shipping the platform in 14 months across 2024-2025, fully HIPAA compliant.
