One Next Door is a community-driven sharing economy app built for the Estonian market, letting users rent out unused items — tools, bikes, cameras, music equipment — to neighbors nearby, while giving borrowers a convenient, affordable alternative to buying.
The platform promotes sustainability and community engagement while enabling users to earn extra income from items sitting unused at home, validated by strong early adoption and high user satisfaction in the Estonian market.
SaaSify Labs built the Android mobile app and full PHP Laravel/MySQL backend for One Next Door — including geolocation, in-app messaging, payment gateway integration, and an admin panel — delivering the platform in ~5 months in 2023.

Mapped the two-sided rental marketplace flow — listing, discovery, booking, messaging, and payment — for the Estonian market.
UI/UX Design
Designed an intuitive, community-focused interface for browsing, listing, and managing rental items.
