About the Project
Foode is a full-stack food delivery platform covering the complete delivery ecosystem — a consumer-facing React Native mobile app for ordering, a Next.js restaurant management dashboard, and a NestJS backend powering real-time order management and tracking.
The platform was built to give restaurants and food delivery operators a fully owned alternative to marketplace platforms that take high commissions, with complete control over their ordering and delivery experience.

Discovery & Platform Architecture
Mapped the three-sided food delivery ecosystem — consumer, restaurant, and backend — to design the platform architecture.
UI/UX Design
Designed both the consumer ordering app and the restaurant management dashboard interfaces.

Built the NestJS backend and real-time order management engine on AWS.
Mobile & Web Development
