About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and our engineering team. You will manage project delivery from kickoff to launch, ensure clear communication, and keep teams on track without slowing them down. A technical background is essential — you need to understand what engineers are building.
What You'll Do
- Own project delivery from discovery to launch
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage client communication and expectation-setting
- Write and maintain project documentation
- Identify risks and blockers early and resolve them quickly
- Track project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate between design, engineering, and QA teams
- Produce clear status reports for internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years technical project management experience
- Background in software engineering or strong technical understanding
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP preferred
- Experience managing client-facing projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in a software agency or startup environment
