About the Role
Quality is non-negotiable at SaaSify Labs. We're looking for a QA Lead Engineer to establish and drive our quality assurance processes across multiple products. You will build automated test suites, define QA standards, and work closely with engineering to prevent bugs before they reach production.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement automated test strategies for web and mobile apps
- Write and maintain E2E tests with Playwright and Cypress
- Build and maintain API test suites
- Define QA processes, checklists, and quality standards
- Lead manual testing sprints before major releases
- Work with developers to establish testing-in-development culture
- Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years QA engineering experience
- Playwright or Cypress expertise
- API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications
- Performance testing experience (k6, JMeter)
- Bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Zephyr)
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have
- +ISTQB certification
- +Security testing experience
- +Experience with load and stress testing at scale
